How to make sure bucket mould concentricity
The wall thickness is even or not there is a reason causing wall thickness uneven is working on the parting line by hand. Besides, other reasons, like non-proper plastic bucket mould design or bad polish work on the core and cavity. So at the beginning, when we design bucket mould, we should consider these factores. Sometimes we may make little thick on some areas to enhance pail strength, but we need to think that unven wall thickness will cause uneven injection and unequal cooling. Thus it will slow down injection molding speed, cause sink mark.
Cooling system is also main course for plastic pail mould. We need to design as much cooling lines as possible and proper layout. To get good cooling performance, Becu insert is a good way to improve pail mould cooling.
